Margarita Brooch SVG Files Kit

🐝 This brooch/necklace contains 2 layers.

🐝 All files to complete this brooch/necklace are included.

🐝 All files are SVG files – cutting, engraving with infill & engraving with gradient. If you need a different type of file, please message us, as we may be able to accommodate.

🐝 All of our files are made with following three programs: Procreate, Inkscape, and Beam Studio. These are what works best for us.

🐝 All files are tested, cut, and engraved on a Flux Beamo.

🐝 A PDF “Map” is included with acrylic colors and sizes used in the display photo. These are just suggestions, as you may use the materials and colors you choose.

🐝 The following are some of the supplies and tips we use to make our layered pieces, however, they are just suggestions. You can use whatever you choose:

• 1/16 inch acrylic for the base/bottom piece and 1/8 inch acrylic for the top pieces

• WeldOn 4 solvent to adhere top layer to base/bottom layer

• acrylic paint to paint in the engraving • bar pins on the backs of the brooches and E6000 glue to adhere them to the back

• various metal jewelry findings for the necklaces • masking on for cutting and engraving with infill

• masking off for engraving with gradient

🐝 Color codes for files are as follow:

🖤 Black: Cut (SVG Files)

❤️ Red: Engrave with Infill (SVG Files)

💙 Blue: Engrave with Gradient (SVG Files)

🐝 We realize that other companies use different colors for different tasks and different words for different actions (example: engraving vs. scoring), however, this is what works best for us.

🐝 Feel free to use whichever settings work best for your machine, as all machines vary.

🐝This listing is for digital vector files only. NO PHYSICAL ITEM OR PRODUCT WILL BE SENT.

🐝Due to the nature of digital products being immediately accessible upon purchasing, and its ability to be reproduced, NO REFUNDS ARE ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

🐝Display photos are for inspirational purposes. Any and all display photos are the property of M.Bee’s Shop and protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights.

🐝Additional supplies may be needed to assemble final product, such as adhesive, paint, jewelry findings, etc. It is YOUR responsibility to purchase these products separately and they are NOT included in the price of the vector files. You are purchasing the vector file(s) ONLY.

🐝Your cutting machine and software MUST be compatible to use these vector files. It is YOUR responsibility to make sure your machine is supported and you read the complete product description BEFORE purchasing. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. We include a file with all of the files and the files separately, as well.

🐝It is YOUR responsibility to know how your software, cutting/engraving machine(s), and/or printer(s) work, as well as what format is supported. I do NOT provide technical assistance for the use of your software or machines.

🐝YOU MAY NOT share, sell, or distribute any part of M.Bee’s Shop files in digital format, altered or otherwise. This includes for gain or for free. These files remain the intellectual property of M.Bee’s Shop. These vector files are for personal use only, and are not be shared, modified and/or re-sold without expressed written consent of M.Bee’s Shop.

🐝 YOU MAY transfer files among your own personal devices such as phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer.

🐝YOU MAY NOT redistribute the source files from this design. You shall not copy, alter, merge, publish, sublicense, and/or sell copies of any of M.Bee’s Shop files, whether modified or not, to ANY third party. THE ONLY EXCEPTION TO THIS RULE IS RESIZING AND OFFSETTING FOR KERF. You MAY resize the files for larger or smaller pieces, however, YOU assume the risk of the pieces not fitting together properly. YOU are responsible for knowing your machine and if you resize for any reason, YOU are responsible for any “fitting” issues that may result due to resizing. Kerf varies with each machine, therefore, no offset was done on the vector files prior to purchasing.

🐝 YOU MAY NOT claim ownership of design or artwork. All rights and ownership of design and artwork belong to M.Bee’s Shop. You are only granted the right to use or reproduce said design and artwork as outlined in these TERMS OF USE.

🐝YOU MAY use M.Bee’s Shop files after purchase to create goods to sell commercially, in a small business manner (up to 50 completed pieces) if you credit the design to M.Bee’s Shop in your listing for purchase. If you are needing to make more than 50 items please email about purchasing a commercial license. Please credit @mbeesshop.

🐝 In the event that any part of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this agreement shall remain valid and enforceable.

🐝 Any failure by you or M.Bee’s Shop to enforce a portion or provision of this agreement shall not constitute a waiver of any other portion or provision of this agreement.
